Enable WMI-Tracing

Wevtutil.exe sl Microsoft-Windows-WMI-Activity/Trace /e:true

Events will be written in the following Event-Log (press [win] + [r], write eventvwr and [Enter] to open Event Viewer):

Applications and Service Logs\Microsoft\Windows\WMI-Activity\Trace

If the Event Log isn’t shown:

In Event Viewer press [View] and click “Show Analytic and Debug Logs”. Check the Event Logs again.
